Safety & Cleanliness

All our furnishings are curated thinking about your child’s safety and the care of your house. Our setups meet the highest safety and cleanliness standards.

  • Every A-frame tent is fitted with non-slip grips. These are used to keep the tent from sliding, minimizing any risk of falling down throughout the event as well as maintaining the integrity of your floors.

  • Pillow covers, linens, and blankets are professionally cleaned and they come in a plastic bag directly from the cleaner.

  • Rugs are vacuumed, spray sanitized, and spot cleaned after every event.

  • Lighting is battery-operated and do not present a hazard.

  • Non-slip mats are placed under mattresses, rugs so they stay in place.

  • To maintain our standard, items are replaced when necessary.

Terms & Conditions

The hirer agrees, by booking a party via completing the booking form, or by any other means, that they accept and have read the Terms and Conditions and understand they are fully responsible and will pay for any loss or damage that may occur, this will include that all equipment and accessories are returned in an acceptable condition.

1.1 The ‘Hirer’ means the person named on the invoice.

1.2 The company is ‘Soiree Slumber Parties’.

Booking & Hire Info, Charges and Payment

1.3 Provisional bookings booked more than 14 days in advance will be held for 3 days and the booking will only be confirmed once the security deposit of $100.00 has been received. If the deposit is not paid during that time, the date will be released and made available to the public again.

1.4 The full balance of the hire is due 14 days before the party date. At this time number of guests, themes, and any extras will be confirmed. After this time changes cannot be made.

1.5 Any booking reductions set after this time will still be charged for at the previous rate, with no refunds due.

1.6 Failure to pay the remaining balance 14 days before the hire is due to take place may result in cancellation. Payment invoice will be provided via email to you. If not received within 24 hours of booking, check "junk," "clutter," or other categories other than inbox.

1.7 All parties booked within 7 days of the party date will require the security deposit plus immediate full payment.

1.8 Any personalized add-ons ordered will require immediate full payment at time of order.

1.9 All prices are subject to change however prices quoted at time of booking will always be honored.

Hire Period

2.0 The hire period is 1 night, however extra nights can be arranged subject to availability.

2.1 The cost of hire includes delivery (within a 20 mile radius of Huntsville, AL), assembly, styling take-down, and collection of equipment and all accessories the following morning.

2.2 The Hirer must disclose the property type and any access restrictions to the venue at the time of booking. In the event that access is limited or difficult it is at Soiree Slumber Parties’ discretion whether the booking is accepted.

Set Up and Space Required

3.0 The hirer must be present at the agreed time for set-up and take-down/pick up of the equipment.

3.1 No refunds will be given if your booking cannot go ahead because of difficult access / needing permits/permissions which has not been disclosed at the time of booking.

3.2 The Hirer is responsible for ensuring adequate indoor space is available for the equipment to be set up and arranged. Each Soiree Slumber Parties tent is around 5 feet in depth, 4.5 feet in width, and 5 feet tall. Please call us to discuss the best configuration for your event, whether it be aisles, semi-circle, or a line up.

3.3 Soiree Slumber Parties will not refund in full or in part the monies paid in the event that adequate space is not available to set up the equipment.

3.4 The hirer must ensure that the area is clean and free of furniture prior to our arrival ready for the tents to be set up and styled. Soiree Slumber Parties cannot move your furniture. Delay in the start time may incur a waiting fee.

3.5 Soiree Slumber Parties reserves the right to make any changes to the services and set up and pack down/collection times as if needed. Advance notice, if possible, will be given to the Hirer.

3.6 It is not the intention of Soiree Slumber Parties to violate any copyright laws and all themes are only inspired by popular trends.

3.7 Soiree Slumber Parties reserves the right to substitute items and/or products for similar items and/or products as and when required.

3.8 Photographs used for advertising are there as a guide; every set up is different as themes are tailored to individual customer requests, stock availability, and space available.

Responsibilities and Supervision

4.0 The hirer is responsible for all the equipment and accessories whilst in their care and to ensure that the children comply with all reasonable instructions from Soiree Slumber Parties to ensure the safety of the attendees and other persons present.

4.1 It is the Hirers responsibility to ensure that children are supervised at all times.

4.2 It is the Hirer’s responsibility to inform guests accordingly of the information given for the safety of all people attending a party and it is the sole responsibility of the Hirer to ensure that they are understood and adhered to by all party guests invited.

Safety of Children

5.0 Soiree Slumber Parties has suitable public liability and product liability insurance and takes the utmost care to ensure the safety of all party guests at all times.

5.1 The Hirer is responsible for the care and safety of all the children. Soiree Slumber Parties is not responsible for the care and safety of the children and cannot be held responsible for any injury caused to a child during the party.

Liability

6.0 All persons using Soiree Slumber Parties equipment do so at their own risk and it is the party hirer who is responsible / liable for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of inappropriate use or misuse or reckless use of Soiree Slumber Parties equipment.

6.1 Soiree Slumber Parties will accept no liability or responsibility to the Hirer for any damages, costs, losses, claims, expenses, demands, and proceedings including property of Hirer, or any third party and their guests, or any consequential loss in these regards.

6.2 No information included in this booking will be disclosed to any third party.

Allergies

7.0 Soiree Slumber Parties uses high quality products and pre-packaged food and beverages. Be sure to read product ingredients carefully if there is an allergy concern.

7.1 Soiree Slumber Parties cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions to either food eaten during the party or provided bedding.

7.2 Liability cannot be taken for reactions or injury sustained whilst attending a party or thereafter.

Damaged, Stained or Missing equipment or Accessories

8.0 The equipment must not be used outdoors nor should they be moved at anytime once they have been set up and styled. Only Soiree Slumber Parties staff can set up or pack up the tents and equipment.

8.1 Our tents and accessories are not play items and are accessories only.

8.2 Any damage to or missing equipment or accessories will result in loss of security deposit either in part or fully. This includes stains to tents, bedding, blankets, cushions, tray tables etc.

8.3 In the event that any damage occurs and the cost to replace the damaged or missing items exceeds the value of the security deposit an additional invoice will be issued for immediate payment.

Food, Drinks, Make up and Nail Polish.

9.0 To avoid accidents, we ask that food and drink are not to be consumed inside the tents.

Only light snacks may be eaten outside of the tents, such as popcorn for example and light-colored beverages such as lemonade or water.

For the purposes of maintaining the highest quality of our cushions, linens, and fabrics, we kindly ask no juices or soda products, no chewing gum, food items that are greasy or messy or containing tomatoes, tomato sauces or colored jellies etc. be eaten near the fabrics, bedding or cushions as they can stain and make cleaning a challenge. As per our terms and conditions, the hirer will be charged for stains that cannot be removed.

9.1 If children are wearing nail polish, we would ask that it be completely dry and any makeup or face paints be removed before getting into bed.

9.2 Smoking is strictly prohibited in and around the tents and equipment as this is a fire hazard and also to prevent smoke odor on the equipment.

9.3 Sharp objects, naked flames and pets are not permitted in the proximity of Soiree Slumber Parties equipment.

Cancellation Policy

10.0 Booking dates can be changed up to 14 days before the original booking date if mutually agreed between the Hirer and Soiree Slumber Parties. This is subject to availability of dates and themes already booked.

Cancellation by the Hirer:

10.1 In the unfortunate event the party is cancelled, the following refund policy will be applied:

Cancellation of a booking before 14 days prior to the party will forfeit the security deposit paid ($100.00 booking fee). Cancellation of a booking between and including 14 and 7 days prior to the party will be refunded 50% of the total monies paid. Cancellation of a booking 7 days or less prior to the party date will forfeit all monies paid.

Cancellation by Soiree Slumber Parties

10.2 Soiree Slumber Parties reserves the right to cancel the booking at any time for any reason (Soiree Slumber Parties will always give as much notice as possible).

10.3 Upon any such cancellation, Soiree Slumber Parties will refund to the Hirer any monies paid to them in respect of the booking within 28 days, but Soiree Slumber Parties will not be liable to pay any compensation to the Hirer or any other person for any loss, damage or expenditure arising directly or indirectly from the cancellation.

  • Mattresses - $40.00 each

  • Tent Cover – $25.00 each

  • Tray Table – $5.00 each

  • Decorative throw pillow- $8.00 each

  • Fitted Sheet – $8.00 each

  • Blanket – $10.00 each

  • LED Fairy Lights – $5.00 per set

  • LED Table Night Light – $10.00 each

  • Foil tassel garland– $2.00 each

  • Bunting garland– $ 5.00 each

  • Paper Party garland- $ 2.00 each

  • Food baskets- $ each

  • Craft baskets- $ each

  • Photo backdrop- $10 each
